Engrish T-Shirts - Part 2
Sorry for getting this up so late ( > _____ < )
Anyway, most of these pictures I found on PhotoBucket and JPH!P. Some were on the H!O picboard and I tried taking a screenshot of one but it was a .bmp file so I couldn't upload it.
So, without further ado...
OK, so I think this was just a simple mistake anyone who doesn't speak English would make. Maybe its supposed to be "Whatever today's successes are, tomarrow's will exceed it."? Just a guess, haha.
Thats right Ayaya! People will eventually destroy themselves! But, I'll stop now before I get too carried away with my conspiracy theories... Matsuura Aya made all my theories short and sweet.
Dude, what the heck? They spelled "adorable" wrong! Unless its some French word (I can't speak French =P)
I don't really mind if there are grammatical errors on T-shirts, but spelling errors?
OK, um... what? This makes no sense.
OMG Yaguchi-san broke the crime!! And she's a cop. Tsk tsk Mari.
Yeah, this really isn't Engrish but I thought it was worthy to be here since you don't really see people wearing shirts like that. Usually its like "I -heart- NY" or "I -heart- DC" or something like that.
Miki wants to be a smart women and a book at the same time. I wonder how she'll do that?
Gaki-san is secretely a superhero and hides her identity with the name Juicy. =P
No, actually, Juicy is a clothing brand xD
I'd hate to work at a service center for... worms. Ew. I guess we now know what Outani Masae's job was before she was in Melon Kinenbi.
I don't know what peace sounds like, sorry Mari.
Wait.
Does peace even make a sound?
I don't think this is Engrish either but I don't really understand it... so... it goes here. x3
OK, I think this was for some event in Kyoto? But it seriously sounds like Momusu is an army and they took over Kyoto and now they're thanking the enemies for letting them take over or something. xD
Alrighty then. Thats all =D I'll have more next week, including Nono's "Drug Dealer" shirt..
I hope the shirts were amusing and I really really hope my "explanations" were at least a little bit funny.
Comments
I'm not sure it's "adiourable" though. The 'd' for one thing looks like it could be 'ol' ... otherwise the curve forming the 'd' is crooked...
So "aolio??able"? This doesn't match any Scrabble-legal words, and I really can't identify the letters in the middle....
As for your .bmp file, the standard image editing application (MS Paint for Windows, for example) should be able to save it as a JPG or PNG.... or just save the picture to your computer and upload it. They can stop you from linking to it directly (by having the server check the referrer field in the HTTP header), but once you can view it, they can't stop you from downloading it.
