Hello!

I decided to start the 5th installment of my Engrish T-shirts series with a very... interesting T-shirt that Mittsi was wearing. You can try to make sense of it, because I'm not even going to attempt.

Anyway, this post is full of Satoda Mai, who seems to be leading the pack with her clothing.

 

Well, I think the one that says Dope is supposed to say Dole and um...

Those patches look horrible on that sweater D:

 

Thats really not a good way to gain fans, Mai.

Maimi, Yuuka, and Saki's shirts. This took FOREVER to figure out. I knew it had English on it but those vests always covered it up.

 

Koharu's shirt says "I'm Star in NY", no idea what Reina's shirt says, Sayumi is apparently the "BEST **** THING" (I beg to differ), I think Ai's shirt says something but its hard to read, and Risa encourages you to "Rejoice! In the Lord Always"

 

Sometimes I wonder who even comes up with these shirts xD

Satoda Mai dominates when it comes to Engrish.

 

I was talking to my friend kiokiou and she suggested I start the Engrish T-shirt business back up, and it took me a while but here it is, the 4th installment of Engrish T-shirts! And this time I can promise at least one more.

Lets get started~

 

This is budding soloist Ogawa Mana's first appearence, congrats Ogamana!

You know, her outfit doesn't really look all that urban even though her shirt refers to "the streets".

 

Oh hai Mari, you're back!

I think there may be another word behind her bowl, but its impossible to make out what it says.

I bet she got this shirt at Victoria's Secret.

 

This is Momoko's first appearence here as well, and I have to congratulate on having the most Engrish shirt I've ever seen.

 

Chinami is always so bright and cheery, she certainly does make me happy ^^

 

Of course, Tsuji's famous DRUG DEALER shirt. I know theres an official picture somewhere but can't find it ^^;

It took me a while because surprisingly there aren't alot that are amusing.

So anyway, I found these lurking around some forums while others were on the H!O Picboard.

This one's hard to see, sorry. Its from one of the newest Haromoni@ where the Musumes were dressed as punks. I later found out that they were all wearing the same shirts, so it was pretty easy to see what they said without alot of squinting. 

Umm.. yeah. I'm starting to consider just how much common sense UFA has. Surely there has to be someone that knows what these shirts say, but even more disturbing than Japan and their obsession with f*** is the fact that LinLin is holding a giant pickaxe. ( O _______ o )

Anyway, most of these pictures I found on PhotoBucket and JPH!P. Some were on the H!O picboard and I tried taking a screenshot of one but it was a .bmp file so I couldn't upload it.

So, without further ado...

 

OK, so I think this was just a simple mistake anyone who doesn't speak English would make. Maybe its supposed to be "Whatever today's successes are, tomarrow's will exceed it."? Just a guess, haha.

 

 

Thats right Ayaya! People will eventually destroy themselves! But, I'll stop now before I get too carried away with my conspiracy theories... Matsuura Aya made all my theories short and sweet.

 

 

Dude, what the heck? They spelled "adorable" wrong! Unless its some French word (I can't speak French =P)

I don't really mind if there are grammatical errors on T-shirts, but spelling errors?

Yeah, this really isn't Engrish but I thought it was worthy to be here since you don't really see people wearing shirts like that. Usually its like "I -heart- NY" or "I -heart- DC" or something like that.

 

 

Miki wants to be a smart women and a book at the same time. I wonder how she'll do that?

 

 

Gaki-san is secretely a superhero and hides her identity with the name Juicy. =P

No, actually, Juicy is a clothing brand xD

OK, I think this was for some event in Kyoto? But it seriously sounds like Momusu is an army and they took over Kyoto and now they're thanking the enemies for letting them take over or something. xD

I hope the shirts were amusing and I really really hope my "explanations" were at least a little bit funny.

The way you dress can say alot about you. You might not want to wear these shirts to a job interveiw, after all: first impressions are very important.

Satoda Mai is a little pissed off. Don't mess with her.

 

 

Tsugunaga Momoko likes to stuff her face. She'll steal all your food.

 

 

Hagiwara Mai is a democrat (her pin).

 

 

Yoshizawa Hitomi hates the world, which means she hate you.

 

 

Tanaka Reina likes to show off. Especially her boobs.

 

 

Mitsui Aika (???) supports drinking responsibly, but her grammar is really bad.
