Best Group Single

C/C by High King has to be the best group single. Even the B side was worthy of being an A side it was so epic.

Best Soloist Single

Because I never fully listened to the entire Suppin Rock, I can't exactly say its the best soloist single. So as it was origionally a toss up between Nacchi's Screen and Ogamana's Suppin Rock, Nacchi wins.

Best Group Album

I liked COVER YOU. Alot. I even bought it. So even though there weren't any origional songs in it, COVER YOU by Morning Musume wins.

Best Soloist Album

Not a single soloist released an album with except Koharu. And... I don't like Koharu. So I'm leaving this blank.

Screen. It was so pretty and artistic, and since I caught the photography bug, I really wanted to do some type of photoshoot on that set.

Buono!. Hands down. All their singles this year were full of win.

MilkyWay. I can't stand Koharu but Yuu and Sayaka have good vocals. Sayaka reminds of myself actually ^^;

Mano Erina. While I don't like her voice or her work, I have to say, she certainly is the "it" girl of Hello!Project right now.

Best Established Group (did not debut in 2008)

Of course I'm going to say Morning Musume.

Abe Natsumi. I love her voice so much. Its like, soprano and alto AT THE SAME TIME.

Best Photobook

I don't look at the photobooks much, but I'm going to have to say Very Reina because looking at the scans I like all the clothes she wears :D And of course, Reina is very photogenic.

Make you Happy

Chinami has gotten quite pretty this year. Also, her personality is very outgoing and I like it. (of course we all know that I think Mari is always the best idol)

LALALA Shiawase no Uta by C-ute. Its so repetitive and boring and bubblegum pop-ish.

Worst Soloist Single

Pa Pancake by Kusumi Koharu. WHO SINGS ABOUT PANCAKES?

Worst PV

Charisma Kirei by Melon Kinenbi. For goodness sakes they could have atleast made a PV instead of mashing together concert footage.

Worst Vocalist of 2008

Berryz Kobo's very own Sugaya Risako. Must I say more? Just watch the RisakoxAiri duet of VERY BEAUTY and you'll know what I'm talking about.

Least Attractive Girl of 2008

I honestly don't think theres a single girl in H!P who is not attractive in any way. They all have good personalities and if they don't have personalities they have looks. And if they don't have either... well I'm yet to find someone like that.

The PV for High-King's first single, C\C, has appeared on YouTube and it seems everyone has uploaded it.

It looks as if the PV appeared on TV and someone took a video camera and video taped the screen. Asuming this is the real PV, I like it. Its nothing special but its good. Theres 3 dance shots and I like the rotating thing. 

The single will be released June 11.

A radio preveiw of High King's first single: C\C (yes, it is C\C, not C/C). The single will be released June 11. Incase you missed it, here's the tracklisting.

I was wrong! Each and every member gets many solo lines, which made me very very very extremely happy. Maeda Yuuka has a very nice voice by the way =3

I recently posted the C/C Tracklisting with a very blurry picture of the High King artist photo. I just noticed that there are now higher-quiality versions.

So... I have some predictions about High King's debut single. In the picture posted above, you can see that Maeda Yuuka, Yajima Maimi, and Shimizu Saki are wearing similar costumes while Takahashi Ai and Tanaka Reina have somewhat similar costumes. Of course, the costumes are amazingly wonderful and I would totally wear them on the street but they're also really disapointing. Its obvious that Takahashi and Tanaka will have the lead vocals. Yajima might have a few here and there, while Shimizu and Maeda have lines together. I guess this makes sense as Takahashi will be playing Cinderella (no surprise there) while Tanaka plays Joy (step sister). Maybe my worse fears will come true: its a AiReina duet with the other girls as simply background dancers?

Also looking at the outfits, I'm pretty sure that C/C will be either and hip-hop or R&B song. Especially since its being arranged by AKIRA, who arranged many other H!P songs such as INDIGO BLUE LOVE, Anata Nashi de wa Ikite Yukenai, SHALL WE LOVE?, Hajimete no Rock Concert, and many more.

Allllllllsssssooo... in Tsunku's comments he said that he chose the members of each group that excel in singing and dancing (especially hip-hop) and Maeda because she showed the most improvement as a trainee.

If he chose Maeda because she improved the most, will that mean that she gets a solo to show how much she did improve? I hope so...
